We help clients analyze their communications needs and create a strategically-sound plan to meet those needs.  And when strategies take us beyond our core competencies, we have relationships with advertising and marketing services firms that share our dedication to providing top- quality counsel and service at reasonable rates and without outsized org charts and massive office suites.

With an extensive experience in research, corporate communications and brand support, we have created and executed national and regional public relations and promotional programs across a wide range of industries, with particular depth in hospitality, sports/special events, retail and consumer products.

We have designed and conducted individual communications training and customer relationship programs for trade associations, corporate spokespersons, government officials/politicians and sports figures as well as for technical support and sales units for corporations.

We offer custom market research to support strategic decisions. Ranging from focus groups to large-scale surveys, we can design, conduct, analyze and present results that will provide insight into customer beliefs, opinions and behavior.

Paul Ellen brings more than 25 years of media training experience in consumer, corporate, hospitality, retail and sports marketing. He specializes in working with clients in message development and delivery for media interviews, analyst briefings and other presentations, sponsorship support, public speaking and crisis situations.

Pam Scholder Ellen is associate professor of Marketing in the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University, where she's been on the faculty since 1987. Her primary focus is marketing research, marketing analytics, marketing intelligence & consumer behavior. She currently teaches Quantitative Methods & supervises dissertations in the Executive Doctorate in Business program.
Her research consulting clients include: AllConnect, Batson-Cook Construction, Benchmark Consulting, Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs, Impact Consulting/Janco Research, Communicorp, Inc., John H. Harland Company, Jones & Askew, Jones Day, Kilpatrick Stockton LLC, Metro Atlanta Arts and Culture Coalition, Metro YMCA, Moody Dunbar, Inc., Piedmont College, Richardson/Knapp & Associates, Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLC, Summit Marketing, TAPPI (the Technical Association for the Pulp and Paper Industry, Van Winkle Construction, and Wargo and French, LLC. In addition, she has conducted or supervised over 50 primary research projects for nonprofits and arts or community organizations. She received her Ph.D. in Marketing (minor in Consumer Psychology) from the University of South Carolina in 1987. She holds a BA in journalism from Auburn University. She is Past President of the American Marketing Association (AMA) Academic Council & a Council member for five years.
